Plot

Twilight is a series of fantasy romance novels by Stephenie Meyer. It follows the life of Isabella Bella Swan, a human teenager who moves to Forks, Washington and finds her life turned upside-down when she falls in love with a vampire named Edward Cullen.

My personal opinion

I would give this movie a 6/10 - definitely my favourite Twilight movie.

When watching the movie for the first time I couldn't help but be engrossed in it.I don't really know how to explain it! I thought the acting was HORRIFIC but for some reason I just couldn't turn it off. The movie is cringe-worthy but in the best way possible if that makes sense (I'm sorry I'm really bad at this)

I really did like the moral of the story tho - that true love is a power that can hold two people together through thick and thin, and make them all the stronger for it.

My favourite quotes from this movie are...

(Not in order)

  • "Death is peaceful... easy. Life is harder." - Bella Swan
  • "I've never given much thought to how I would die. But dying in the place of someone I love seems like a good way to go. I can't bring myself to regret the decisions that' brought me face to face with death. They also brought me to Edward" - Bella Swan
  • "You don't know how long I've waited for you. And so the lion fell in love with the lamb" - Edward Cullen
  • "You are my life now." - Edward Cullen
